1 Election of committee (Seven members plus coordinator)
Proposal that only committee members vote on issues after debate. Carried.

2 Sponsors news
RDH Auctions to continue as headline sponsor. CNR Burrows Transport to continue with Rider of the Meeting awards. All other sponsors to continue.
3 Calendar of events for 2009
Calendar drafted andd will be available at the Dirt Bike Show.
4 Twinshock 125 class
Proposals to leave as Twinshock class or add Pre-83’s or allow Specials with drum brakes and twin shocks.
Specials to be allowed, but must be twinshock, drum brakes and in the spirit of twinshock. Riders to police within the 125 group.
5 One day championship meetings only
Proposal to do away with two day championship meetings. Rejected. Warmingham Lane to be a two dayer.
6 Non registered riders not allowed in Clubman class
Proposal to ensure clubs enforce this rule. Carried.
7 Registration fee for second class and state first choice on form
Proposal to charge £15 for each registered class. Carried.
8 Entry fees for second class
Proposal to charge £15 for second class, but only if class not over-subscribed.
Carried. Clubs to use own discretion when over subscribed.
9 Organising clubs must adhere to guidelines ie Marquee, minimum trophies, start gate.
Proposal to enforce this rule. Carried.
10 Masters class to become Wulfsport Top 20 Experts, with end of year prize fund for top 15 and top 8 at each round (£50, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10) with relegation back to Intermediates for riders to be decided by committee. Must do at least four rounds to qualify for top 15 overall. (Overall pot £1300 including spares/clothing with £250 for winner)
Proposal to re-brand the Masters class. Carried. Sponsors required to support the class. First new sponsors agreed, Demon Tweeks & Halewood Tapes Ltd.
11 Promotion from Clubman and Intermediates.
Proposal to continue to promote the top five in each class. Carried.
12 Any other business
All clubs under one umbrella (MCF) ??????
Rejected.
Twinshock bikes in Evo class???
Rule amendment to state Pre-90 machines.
Ensure all Vet riders are Over 40.
Clubs to enforce this rule.
Grading of Clubman riders????
Committee to be more vigilant at earlier rounds.
